Products Eligible for 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (No Warranty)

  • Hydrogen Mats
  • HydroGlow / Dermal Misting Device
  • Inhaler accessories
  • Molecular Hydrogen Tablets

You may return your tablets within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if you're not satisfied. Warranty does not apply to consumable items like tablets.

 

Kencos Pocket Inhaler

Each KENCOS Pocket Inhaler comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you believe your device is not functioning properly, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can assist with troubleshooting or arrange a return for inspection.

Please note:

  • Opened or used devices cannot be returned unless our team confirms a malfunction.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our support team.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@vital-reaction.com or use our online return form.

  2. Include a brief explanation of why the product isn’t a fit or describe the issue if defective.

  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible).

  4. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  5. We must receive the product before issuing a refund.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Covered by us for returns within the money-back guarantee window (10 or 30 days) or warranty-covered defective replacements.

  • This applies to returns from the United States.

  • In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  2. We’ll review and may request additional videos or clarification.

  3. If confirmed defective under warranty, we will repair or replace your item at no cost.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact support@vital-reaction.com.

 

Gifts

If marked as a gift:

  • You'll receive store credit once the return is received.

If not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds go to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping Tip

For returns valued over $75, use a trackable shipping method or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns otherwise.
